What I believe the team experienced at IRI was unlike any other competition we had. Starting at our district meets we gained notoriety and valuable experiences. Once we made it to states teams had seen or experienced what we could do and the connections we had made helped us through the competition.then when the team made it to the championship we played with world class teams and we were able to compete with and form bonds with out of state teams. Finally at IRI we were able to network with the best of the best forming new relationships with other teams as well as strengthening existing friendships. IRI wasn't the first step in the networking chain but just one important link in it for future TechnoLogies to benefit from.
