As a student on a large team, your CAN-DO card is your ticket to getting to work and staying at work. When your ability to perform a task safely comes into question, you can simply present your CAN-DO card and prove to Mentors or Coaches that you can be trusted.

Yes. If a mentor feels that you may not understand a category fully, she can bump you back. However, re-training may just involve addressing the specific concern of the mentor, and can sometimes be addressed immediately.
