Last year we spent 46K - We have 35K not including the Eberspacher Sponser 15K - Dina 2K
School Board Meeting June 11 - sending representatives David L. / Jim A / M&M
Jim says we need to push our accomplishments and our goals so that they are informed
Budget Discussion is going to include David / Nathan / Jim / Eric
All topics above will eventually be handled by students
Dan F and Beth are going to work on Calendar
Trailer damages to be handled by Rocky

Dan DeLisle - helping fill in the Technodogs history

Need help Forming and Structuring Student Leadership - Nathan / M&M / David L
Jim is concerned about unsupervised decisions
Dan mentioned that task based resulted in students seeking mentors for supervision

Mechanical split between design and fabrication - Dan feels that combined is better NEEDS FURTHER DISCUSSION

* Creating a board, events together - Jim will help and so will David L
Dr. Gray spoke about having a district event, funding it, and having the school take on the responsibility of hosting
Other teams want to go to some events later in the summer - still need to discuss
FTC and FLL
There will be funding from the district, 2 coaches for elementary, and 1 coach for Scranton
We would be in an advisory role -
David L mentioned that 8 students from FLL are interested in forming FTC when they move up
Dina and David will monitor this
We should use LCRA for advice

M&M - We can do a SWAT next week, present it.

David mentioned that our 501 board needs to vote on Scholarships and then take to school board

Nathan suggested that fees can be forgone for students that pull in a sponsor
