===== Purpose =====
Experimenting with the idea of individuals having their own mini-wiki on this site as a personal notebook.  For example, as a student experiments with a laser sensor, she can note down her progress, then if she desires, she can consolidate it on the main wiki for general consumption.  All notebooks are readable by Coaches, but other than that only the individual has access to her notebook. Mentor and Coach notebooks should be team readable.
