The purpose of the subteam is to take, edit, store and distribute photographs and video for the team.  

==== Personnel needed: ====

  * at least 2 photographers
  * at least 2 videographers

=== Tasks: ===

  - figure out a hashtag 
  - talk to other groups and find out what kind of images/videos they might want
  - figure out how to put watermarks on phone images
  - figure out how to put watermarks on camera images
  - design TechnoDogs watermark logo
  - develop a list of tag words for groups
  - download Slack pictures
  - download Daniel Ernst's pictures
  - scan old photos for historical archive
  - make props for photobooth

== What do photographers do? ==

  * take mug shots of students and mentors for slack
  * go to events and take pictures
    * build sessions
    * parade
    * outreach events
    * competitions
    * kick off
    * LCRA events
    * people (school people especially and sponsors) wearing TechnoDogs swag
    * legislators
    * interesting pits at competitions
  * edit pictures
  * store picture
    * tag pictures with keywords and names
  * make sure that we have pictures of everyone
  * archive pictures somewhere

== What do videographers do? ==

  * gather video for movies
  * gather video of matches at competitions and transfer to scouting

== Storage locations ==

  * one off pictures go on Slack on the #pictures
  * parent photos go to Shutterfly
  * media member pictures go to Google photo
